Pugh-Killeen Associates does not authorize unsolicited bulk email to be sent to pughkilleen.com. We do not permit nor authorize anyone to use our mail server to send or receive unsolicited bulk email.  All unsolicited bulk email is considered a violation of North Carolina Statute 14-458 (computer trespass).  Section 1-539.2A (damages for computer trespass) allows us to sue for $25,000 per day for unsolicited bulk commercial email and to sue for compensatory damages for any other type of unsolicited bulk email.
